随着质量管理方法的不断更新，质量教育和培训作为将技术和管理有机结合的手段日益受到重视。高校以系统化的学科教育来培养高级专门人才，在质量教育中担当着不可替代的重要角色。制造业和教育水平较发达国家的高校，大多开设了质量及其相关专业，覆盖了不同的教育类型并以培养硕士层次的应用型人才为主。国外开展质量学科教育的高校类型不断丰富，专业范畴不断拓展，微观质量与宏观质量教育并重，学科教育与职业资格认证相互衔接。我国应让高校尽快成为质量学科教育的实施主体，设立质量硕士研究生专业学位，各高校充分发挥学科特色设置不同研究方向，培养多元化的应用型专业化人才以满足社会各方对质量人才的迫切需求，助推中国制造业的发展和质量强国战略的实施。

As the continuous renewal of quality management methods, quality education and training as the combination of technology and management catches increasing attention.Colleges and universities cultivate advanced specialized talents with their systematic discipline education and training,and playing an indispensable and important role in quality education.Most of the countries with a high level of manufacturing industry and education provide quality and quality relevant specialties,covering all kinds of education,of which the primary are master degrees.Foreign colleges and universities with quality education is becoming increasingly diverse, the area of quality specialization is extending continuously,and both the microGquality and macroGquality are emphasized greatly.In addition,discipline education and vocational qualification certification are closely related to each other. In China, government should make colleges and universities the subj ects of implementation of quality education as soon as possible,and should set up professional degree of quality.Colleges and universities should give full play to their own strengths by setting up various research orientations,and cultivate diversified applied professional talents to satisfy the active demand of society, thus to promote the development of Chinese manufacturing industry and the implementation of The National Quality Strategy.
