为提高型材切割的生产效率及质量,开发了在Profibus-DP网络总线下,以西门子S7-300 PLC为核心的系统,详细介绍了Profibus-DP总线和主/从站构成的控制方式。在此基础上,合理分配各单元,并通过联网组态,实现PLC与工控机、主站、从站间的数据快速准确交换,弥补了单一化控制系统中监控的不足,同时也提升了生产线的自动化水平。

To improve the production efficiency and the quality of profile cutting, it develops the Pro-fibus-DP fieldbus with Siemens S7-300 PLC as the core of system. This paper introduces the master/slave station control mode. On this basis, through the network configuration and the reasonable distribu-tion of each unit,it can make PLC and industrial control exchange of data between the master station fast and exactly,that makes up for the deficiency of the simplified control system monitoring, it also improve the automation level of the production line.
