巴德-吉亚利综合征是危害健康的严重疾病。在世界范围内，我国属于该病的高发国家。该病的确切病因还不明确，临床表现也尤为复杂。在汪忠镐院士的带动下，我国在巴德-吉亚利综合征的诊治方面取得了许多宝贵经验。治疗巴德-吉亚利综合征的手术方法大致分为开放手术与微创介入手术，针对不同患者，我们选择不同的手术方式。经过几十年的临床实践，微创介入手术逐渐成为目前的热点，并且取得了良好的临床疗效。但纵观目前各种手术治疗方法的优劣，仍然有许多需要进一步研究改进之处。

As a severe disease threatening human health,Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS)has a particularly high incidence in China.But its actual causes remain unclear and its clinical manifestations are complex.Under the leadership of academician Wang ZG in recent decades,China has obtained val-uable experiences in its diagnosis and treatment.Roughly two kinds of surgical procedures,i.e.open surgery and mini-invasive intervention,are available.According to different patient circumstances, appropriate surgical approaches may be selected.The intervention mode has gradually gained an upper hand due to its excellent clinical efficacies.But considering the advantages and disadvantages of various surgical procedures for BCS,there is still a lot of room for further refinements.
