C型独立舱型式的小型液化气船,其液货系统(含液货罐)的设计是难点。液货罐的自身质量和液货质量由与船体相连的两道鞍座来承受,罐体内部的加强环则承载了鞍座处的支反力,因此鞍座处加强环的强度尤为重要。文中提出了一种在设计初期确定鞍座处液罐内加强环尺寸的方法,并采用有限元分析法验证了该方法的可行性。

For LNG carrier with C type independent tank, the design of the liquid cargo system (including liquid cargo tank) is a difficulty. The weights of liquid cargo and tank are supported by two saddles, and the ring inside the tank bears the counterforce from the saddle. Therefore the strength of the ring at saddle is very important. This paper proposes a method to calculate the scantling of the rings at the saddle in the beginning of the design, which is verified by FEM analysis.
