在大型海上浮吊资源紧张的情况下,研究、设计出一种独特的钻机结构型式,使整台钻机仅借助于小吨位平台吊机就能顺利完成其海上自安装的过程。基于整体吊装的大模块钻机的结构型式,根据工艺流程、设备布置等原则对大模块进行“化整为零”式的拆分设计,拆分后的每一个模块都要满足结构强度、吊装能力限制以及小模块之间的连接强度的要求。崖城PFA钻机就采用这种小模块化的设计方法,规避了因浮吊资源紧张带来的项目实施风险,顺利完成了该钻机的海上自安装。

Owing to a lack of floating crane resource, a special structural configuration of drilling rigs has been researched and designed to complete the successful self-installation of the whole drilling rig with platform crane of small tonnage. Based on the structural configuration of the modular drilling rig which can be lifted entirely, the whole modular is decomposed into parts according to the principle of process flow, equipment layout, etc. Each part should meet the structural strength requirement, limitation of lifting capacity and connecting the strength among small modular. YOC PFA drilling rig adopts this small modular design method to avoid the risk of project execution due to a lack of floating crane resource, and is successfully self-installed on the sea.
