目的：统计136例酒精性肝硬化患者中医体质分布的特征，分析不同体质者的营养状况。方法测定酒精性肝硬化不同体质者的体重指数、三头肌皮褶厚度（triceps skin fold，TSF），上臂肌围（mid-arm muscle circumference，MAMC）及上臂围（mid-arm circumference，MAC）、血清白蛋白、淋巴细胞总数，统计分析数据，比较其差异。结果酒精性肝硬化出现频率较高的中医体质依次为湿热体质、血瘀体质、痰湿体质，3种体质之间营养状况的差异具有统计学意义。结论酒精性肝硬化患者因体质状态不同，其营养状况也有差异。
목적：통계136례주정성간경화환자중의체질분포적특정，분석불동체질자적영양상황。방법측정주정성간경화불동체질자적체중지수、삼두기피습후도（triceps skin fold，TSF），상비기위（mid-arm muscle circumference，MAMC）급상비위（mid-arm circumference，MAC）、혈청백단백、림파세포총수，통계분석수거，비교기차이。결과주정성간경화출현빈솔교고적중의체질의차위습열체질、혈어체질、담습체질，3충체질지간영양상황적차이구유통계학의의。결론주정성간경화환자인체질상태불동，기영양상황야유차이。
Objective To compare the nutritional status of patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis based on different traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) constitution. Methods Different types of TCM constitution were distinguished by constitution survey scales, and nutritional status distribution characteristics of 136 patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis were analyzed with various indexes, including body mass index (BM I), triceps skin fold (TSF), mid-arm muscle circumference (MAMC), mid-arm circumference (MAC), peripheral blood lymphocyte count (LYM), serum albumin ( ALB). Results Alcoholic liver cirrhosis patients had higher frequency of damp-heat constitution, blood-stasis constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution. There were significant differences among the nutritional status of alcoholic liver cirrhosis with different constitution.
