目的：探讨医疗机构高危药品管理策略，确保用药安全、有效。方法通过查阅文献并结合我院高危药品管理的具体措施，分析高危药品管理的可行性方法。结果通过我院实施的高危药品管理策略与色标管理实践，探讨出一套有效加强高危药品的管理方法，提高医师、药师和护理人员对高危药品的认知度和操作性，有效保证用药安全。结论需加强对高危药品的管理与使用，同时引入色标管理，最大限度减少药害事件发生。

Objective To investigate the management strategies of high-risk drug in medical institutions to ensure that patient medication is safe and effective. Methods According to pertinent literature and the specific measures of high-risk drug management in our hospital, the feasible methods of high-risk drug administration were analyzed. Results Through the application of high-risk drug management strategies and color label management practices in our hospital, a series of effective methods to strengthen the management of high-risk drug were investigated. Furthermore, high-risk drug awareness and operability were improved significantly by physicians, pharmacists and nurses. And drug safety was ensured effectively. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management and usage of high-risk drug, meantime, introduce color code administration to minimize drug induced hazards.
