目的:分析我院儿童药品不良反应(ADR)发生的情况以及引发ADR的相关因素,为临床合理用药及正确评价ADR的发生提供参考。方法对我院收集的2010~2012年的325例ADR进行分类汇总,并加以分析。结果在325例儿童ADR中,男性患儿占230例(70.77%),女性患儿占95例(29.23%)。静脉给药者居多,占296例(91.08%)。抗微生物药引起的ADR居首位,共40种抗微生物药物,引起156例ADR,占总例数的48.00%。皮肤及其附件损害是ADR最主要的临床表现,占总例次的77.41%。结论ADR的发生与给药途径、药品种类等多种因素相关,应加强ADR的监测及相关知识的宣传,以减少和避免ADR的发生。

목적:분석아원인동약품불량반응(ADR)발생적정황이급인발ADR적상관인소,위림상합리용약급정학평개ADR적발생제공삼고。방법대아원수집적2010~2012년적325례ADR진행분류회총,병가이분석。결과재325례인동ADR중,남성환인점230례(70.77%),녀성환인점95례(29.23%)。정맥급약자거다,점296례(91.08%)。항미생물약인기적ADR거수위,공40충항미생물약물,인기156례ADR,점총례수적48.00%。피부급기부건손해시ADR최주요적림상표현,점총례차적77.41%。결론ADR적발생여급약도경、약품충류등다충인소상관,응가강ADR적감측급상관지식적선전,이감소화피면ADR적발생。
Objective To study the occurrence of children adverse drug reactions(ADR) in our hospital and its relevant factors in order to improve the rational drug use level in clinic. Methods 325 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were categorized and statistically analyzed. Results Among 325 ADR cases, 230 cases(70.77%) were male, and only 95 cases(29.23%) were female. Most of the cases were induced by intravenous injection, accounting for 91.08%(296 cases). 156 cases(48.00%) were induced by 40 kinds of antimicrobials, which were the first category of drugs to cause ADR. The injury of skin and its appendants was the most common ADR, which occupied 77.41%. Conclusion The occurrence of ADR was related to many factors, such as administration routine and drug varieties. In order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR, we should strengthen the monitoring and publicize ADR knowledge.
