目的:了解奥硝唑氯化钠注射液药品不良反应(ADR)发生的一般规律,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2011年1月~2012年12月有关奥硝唑氯化钠注射液的54例不良反应报告从患者基本情况、不良反应发生时间、临床表现、用药情况等方面进行统计分析。结果54例ADR中女性多于男性,年龄主要集中在21~50岁之间。发生时间多为用药时,主要表现为皮肤过敏反应、消化系统反应、静脉炎等,存在3例危及生命的严重不良反应,21例存在合并用药情况。均无超剂量给药现象。结论使用奥硝唑期间应密切监测患者的用药反应,发现异常情况及时处置。多种药物序贯输注时,应科学安排药物输注顺序,单独给药,从而避免潜在性的危害。

목적:료해오초서록화납주사액약품불량반응(ADR)발생적일반규률,촉진림상합리용약。방법대아원2011년1월~2012년12월유관오초서록화납주사액적54례불량반응보고종환자기본정황、불량반응발생시간、림상표현、용약정황등방면진행통계분석。결과54례ADR중녀성다우남성,년령주요집중재21~50세지간。발생시간다위용약시,주요표현위피부과민반응、소화계통반응、정맥염등,존재3례위급생명적엄중불량반응,21례존재합병용약정황。균무초제량급약현상。결론사용오초서기간응밀절감측환자적용약반응,발현이상정황급시처치。다충약물서관수주시,응과학안배약물수주순서,단독급약,종이피면잠재성적위해。
Objective To investigate the features of adverse drug reaction(ADR) induced by ornidazole sodium chloride injection in order to promote the safe drug use in clinic. Methods The ADR cases induced by ornidazole sodium chloride injection were searched between January 2011 and December 2012 in our hospital, and statistical analysis was made based on patients' basic characteristics, ADR time, clinical feature and drug use. Results There were 54 ADR cases induced by ornidazole sodium chloride injection. The female cases were more than the males and patients' age was from 21 to 50 years old. The ADRs mostly occurred in the process of medication, mainly manifested as skin allergy, digestive reactions and phlebitis. There were 3 serious ADR cases, 21 cases had the combination of drug use, and no over-dose phenomenon. Conclusion The patients treated with ornidazole sodium chloride injection should be closely monitored. The infusion should be scientifically arranged the sequence when multi-drugs are used so as to avoid potential hazards.
