目的:探讨多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:选择从2010年5月至2011年5月于我院超声科检查的68例患者,将多普勒超声声像图特征和病理结果进行比较。结果:超声下甲状腺良性肿瘤形态规则,包膜完整,边界清晰,与周围组织无粘连,内部回声均匀,囊壁光滑,肿瘤的后方回声正常,无周围淋巴结侵润和转移。而超声下甲状腺恶性肿瘤的形态不规则,包膜不完整,边界多不清晰,对周边组织有不同程度的浸润,内部回声不均匀,囊壁不光滑,肿瘤的后方回声多衰减,多发钙化灶,可出现颈部及锁骨上淋巴结转移。两组患者周边血流分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.19, P<0.05)。结论:多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤具有较好的诊断价值,可以作为疾病初筛的很好诊断手段。

목적:탐토다보륵초성대갑상선종류적진단개치。방법:선택종2010년5월지2011년5월우아원초성과검사적68례환자,장다보륵초성성상도특정화병리결과진행비교。결과:초성하갑상선량성종류형태규칙,포막완정,변계청석,여주위조직무점련,내부회성균균,낭벽광활,종류적후방회성정상,무주위림파결침윤화전이。이초성하갑상선악성종류적형태불규칙,포막불완정,변계다불청석,대주변조직유불동정도적침윤,내부회성불균균,낭벽불광활,종류적후방회성다쇠감,다발개화조,가출현경부급쇄골상림파결전이。량조환자주변혈류분포비교,차이유통계학의의(χ2=24.19, P<0.05)。결론:다보륵초성대갑상선종류구유교호적진단개치,가이작위질병초사적흔호진단수단。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of Doppler Ultrasound in thyroid tumors. Methods:68 patients were selected from May 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital, and compared the diagnostic value of using Doppler sonographic features and histologic findings. Results:Thyroid benign using ultrasound showed morphological rules, encapsulated, clear boundaries, no adhesion with the surrounding tissue, benign internal echo uniform, wall smooth, tumors were typically less internal flow signals, no lymph node invasion and metastasis. The ultrasound thyroid cancer was irregular, incomplete capsule, and the boundary was not clear, the surrounding tissue infiltration, heterogeneous internal echo, wall was also not smooth, the tumor posterior echo attenuated and had multiple calcifications, there may be neck and supraclavicular lymph node metastases. Peripheral blood distribution of two groups was statistically significant (χ2=24.19, P<0.05). the diagnosis coincidence rate of ultrasound was 95.59%. Conclusion:Doppler ultrasound of thyroid cancer have better diagnostic value, can be used as a good diagnostic tool disease screening, and is suitable for long-term clinical application.
