目的：回顾性分析低钾血症相关内分泌代谢疾病的治疗体会。方法：选取我院收治住院确诊为低血钾症的患者206例作为研究对象,通过辅助检测确定病因,进行治疗。结果：206例患者中,40例为周期性麻痹(19.4%),18例为肾小管酸中毒(8.7%),39例为胃肠道丢失(18.9%),64例甲亢(31.1%),27例为醛固酮增多症(13.1%),8例为Bartter综合征(3.9%),其中疾病患者10例(4.9%)。经积极对症治疗基础疾病,消除诱发低血钾的因素等方案,204例患者低血钾症状纠正,其中2例患者死亡,治疗好转率为99.0%。结论：对于低血钾患者应全面分析病因,对症进行治疗。
目的：迴顧性分析低鉀血癥相關內分泌代謝疾病的治療體會。方法：選取我院收治住院確診為低血鉀癥的患者206例作為研究對象,通過輔助檢測確定病因,進行治療。結果：206例患者中,40例為週期性痳痺(19.4%),18例為腎小管痠中毒(8.7%),39例為胃腸道丟失(18.9%),64例甲亢(31.1%),27例為醛固酮增多癥(13.1%),8例為Bartter綜閤徵(3.9%),其中疾病患者10例(4.9%)。經積極對癥治療基礎疾病,消除誘髮低血鉀的因素等方案,204例患者低血鉀癥狀糾正,其中2例患者死亡,治療好轉率為99.0%。結論：對于低血鉀患者應全麵分析病因,對癥進行治療。
목적：회고성분석저갑혈증상관내분비대사질병적치료체회。방법：선취아원수치주원학진위저혈갑증적환자206례작위연구대상,통과보조검측학정병인,진행치료。결과：206례환자중,40례위주기성마비(19.4%),18례위신소관산중독(8.7%),39례위위장도주실(18.9%),64례갑항(31.1%),27례위철고동증다증(13.1%),8례위Bartter종합정(3.9%),기중질병환자10례(4.9%)。경적겁대증치료기출질병,소제유발저혈갑적인소등방안,204례환자저혈갑증상규정,기중2례환자사망,치료호전솔위99.0%。결론：대우저혈갑환자응전면분석병인,대증진행치료。
Objective:A retrospective analysis for the treatment for 206 cases of hypokalemia related endocrine and metabolic diseases. Methods:206 cases of patients diagnosed as hypokalemia were chosed as research subjects and through the auxiliary testing to determine the causes, and then were given aggressive treatment. Results:Among the 206 patients, 40 cases were periodic paralysis(19.4%), 18 cases were renal tubular acidosis(8.7%), 39 cases were gastrointestinal loss(18.9%), 64 cases were hyperthyroidism(31.1%), 27 cases were aldosteronism ,8 cases of Bartter's syndrome(3.9%), and 10 cases were with other reasons(4.9%).Through the active treatment to eliminate the factors to induce hypokalemia and other programs, 204 cases of patients with symptoms of hypokalemia were corrected, while 2 patients were died, the treatment improvement rate was 99.0%. Conclusion:A comprehensive analysis of the causes of patients with hypokalemia should be considered and then the symptomatic treatment could be carried out.
