目的：对老年胆囊炎胆石症的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法：选取2012年2月~2013年3月在我院进行治疗的88例老年胆囊炎胆石症患者,对其临床治疗进行回顾性分析,总结其临床治疗效果。结果：其中88例患者中65例实施胆囊切除术、10例实施胆囊造瘘术、13例进行胆囊切除以及胆总管切开探查取石T管引流术。经过治疗,2例患者死亡,其余全部治愈,其治愈率率为97.7%。结论：在进行老年胆囊炎胆石症治疗过程中,一定要把握手术时机,选择合适的手术方式,以提高治疗效果。

목적：대노년담낭염담석증적림상치료효과진행분석。방법：선취2012년2월~2013년3월재아원진행치료적88례노년담낭염담석증환자,대기림상치료진행회고성분석,총결기림상치료효과。결과：기중88례환자중65례실시담낭절제술、10례실시담낭조루술、13례진행담낭절제이급담총관절개탐사취석T관인류술。경과치료,2례환자사망,기여전부치유,기치유솔솔위97.7%。결론：재진행노년담낭염담석증치료과정중,일정요파악수술시궤,선택합괄적수술방식,이제고치료효과。
Objective:Analysis of clinical therapeutic effect on senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Methods: From 2012 February~2013 year in March for treatment of 88 cases of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis patients in our hospital, were retrospectively analyzed the clinical treatment, summarize its clinical therapeutic effect. Results:88 patients in 65 cases of cholecystectomy, 10 cases of gallbladder fistula, 13 cases of cholecystectomy and common bile duct via choledochotomy and T tube drainage. After treatment, 2 patients died, others were cured, the cure rate was 97.7%. Conclusion:In senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis treatment process, must grasp the opportunity of operation, suitable operation method, in order to improve the therapeutic effect.
