研究采用火焰原子吸收-分光光度计法同时测定苦瓜中铁、铜、锌含量的方法。进行样品预处理方法筛选和酸度条件试验,结果表明:干法灰化较湿法简便,被测元素无损失;酸介质及其加入量对被测元素稍有影响;检测方法精确度高、操作简便、实用性强,为进一步开发科学的测定方法提供了依据。

The simultaneous determination of iron, copper, zinc content in balsam pear was conducted adopting the method of flame atomic absorption and spectrophotometer method. Sample pretreatment method screens and acidity condition tests were performed. The results showed that dry ashing is simpler than the wet method, with no loss in the measured elements; the acid medium and the amount to be added have a slight influence on the measured elements; and this test method is of high precision, simple in operation, and strong practicability, which provides a basis for further development of the scientific determination method.
