实训基地建设是实现高职教育人才培养目标的必要条件,是高职学生与职业技术岗位“零距离”接触、巩固理论知识、训练职业技能、全面提高综合素质的实践性学习与训练平台。结合高职院校生物技术及应用专业特点,阐述校企合作共建实训基地的教育活动内容、建设与实践、管理模式等内容,为生物技术及应用专业建立标准化、规范化、生产化、社会化的实训基地提供理论依据和保障。
實訓基地建設是實現高職教育人纔培養目標的必要條件,是高職學生與職業技術崗位“零距離”接觸、鞏固理論知識、訓練職業技能、全麵提高綜閤素質的實踐性學習與訓練平檯。結閤高職院校生物技術及應用專業特點,闡述校企閤作共建實訓基地的教育活動內容、建設與實踐、管理模式等內容,為生物技術及應用專業建立標準化、規範化、生產化、社會化的實訓基地提供理論依據和保障。
실훈기지건설시실현고직교육인재배양목표적필요조건,시고직학생여직업기술강위“령거리”접촉、공고이론지식、훈련직업기능、전면제고종합소질적실천성학습여훈련평태。결합고직원교생물기술급응용전업특점,천술교기합작공건실훈기지적교육활동내용、건설여실천、관리모식등내용,위생물기술급응용전업건립표준화、규범화、생산화、사회화적실훈기지제공이론의거화보장。
The construction of practice training base is the necessary condition to realize the training objectives of higher vocational education, higher vocational college students and occupation technical post is zero distance , to consolidate the theoretical knowledge, occupation skill training, improve the overall quality of practical learning and training platform. Combining with the characteristics of higher vocational and professional college of biotechnology application, this paper elaborates the education activities, cooperation on the construction of practical training base and practice, management mode, content, standard, biological technology and application of standardization, production, social practice base and provide a theoretical basis andguarantee.
