农产品产地土壤样品经四酸(盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸)分解和王水提取后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对重金属元素铬、镉和铅进行分析,通过在线加入内标校正基体效应和接口效应,应用干扰校正公式消除元素质量数干扰。测定元素校正曲线相关系数在0.9995以上,元素方法检出限(3s)在0.013~2.33μg.g-1之间,RSD%<10(n=12),加标回收率在98.1%~103.4%之间,结果令人满意。

The agricultural soil samples were decomposed with four acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid) and extracted with aqua regia. The heavy metal elements, such as Cr, Cd and Pb were analyzed with ICP-MS method. The matrix effect and interface effect were corrected by the on-line addition of internal standards, and the element mass number interference was eliminated by the correction formula of interference. All the tested elements’ correlation coefficients were over 0.9995, the detection limits (3s) of these elements were found in the range from 0.013 to 2.33μg.g-1, RSD%<10(n=12), and the adding standard recovery was between 98.1%and 103.4%. The results were satisfied.
