目的:观察点穴经筋疗法治疗膝骨关节炎( KOA )的疗效及其对膝关节软骨损伤的修复作用。方法 KOA患者30例患膝46侧(双膝16例,单膝14例),采用点穴经筋疗法治疗,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量治疗前后患膝关节股骨内外侧关节软骨厚度,采用KOA病情严重指数( ISOA )评价疗效。结果治疗后患膝股骨内外侧关节软骨厚度明显大于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后ISOA评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论点穴经筋疗法能有效治疗KOA,可增加退变关节软骨厚度,对软骨损伤有一定修复作用。
目的:觀察點穴經觔療法治療膝骨關節炎( KOA )的療效及其對膝關節軟骨損傷的脩複作用。方法 KOA患者30例患膝46側(雙膝16例,單膝14例),採用點穴經觔療法治療,採用綵色多普勒超聲診斷儀測量治療前後患膝關節股骨內外側關節軟骨厚度,採用KOA病情嚴重指數( ISOA )評價療效。結果治療後患膝股骨內外側關節軟骨厚度明顯大于治療前(P<0.05);治療後ISOA評分明顯低于治療前(P<0.05)。結論點穴經觔療法能有效治療KOA,可增加退變關節軟骨厚度,對軟骨損傷有一定脩複作用。
목적:관찰점혈경근요법치료슬골관절염( KOA )적료효급기대슬관절연골손상적수복작용。방법 KOA환자30례환슬46측(쌍슬16례,단슬14례),채용점혈경근요법치료,채용채색다보륵초성진단의측량치료전후환슬관절고골내외측관절연골후도,채용KOA병정엄중지수( ISOA )평개료효。결과치료후환슬고골내외측관절연골후도명현대우치료전(P<0.05);치료후ISOA평분명현저우치료전(P<0.05)。결론점혈경근요법능유효치료KOA,가증가퇴변관절연골후도,대연골손상유일정수복작용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint pressure and massage on meridians on knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and its impact on knee cartilage defect .Methods Forty-six knee joints of 30 KOA patients, including 16 patients with KOA in both knee joints and 14 patients with KOA in single knee joint ,were treated with acupoint pressure and massage on meridians .Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the KOA knee cartilage thickness of medial and lateral femoral condyles before and after treatment .The clinical effect on KOA was evaluated by index of severity for osteoarthritis (ISOA).Results The KOA knee cartilage thickness of medial and lateral femoral condyles after treatment was significantly bigger than that before treatment (P<0.05).The ISOA score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint pressure and massage on meridians is effective for the treatment of KOA ,which may increase degenerative knee cartilage thickness .It can be used to treat cartilage defect .
