目的：探讨B淋巴细胞刺激因子（BLyS）及其特异性受体（BAFF-R）与系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的相关性。方法 SLE患者33例，根据SLE疾病活动指数（ SLEDAI）评分，分为活动组20例和缓解组13例。同期体检健康者30例为对照组。应用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测3组研究对象血清BLyS 、BAFF-R水平，观察SLE患者血清BLyS、BAFF-R水平与抗核抗体（ANA）、抗双链DNA抗体（ds-DNA）、白细胞（WBC）、补体C3、C4和SLEDAI评分的相关性。结果活动组患者血清BLyS、BAFF-R水平均明显高于缓解组及对照组（ P＜0．05），缓解组患者血清BLyS水平明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），但缓解组与对照组血清BAFF-R水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；SLE患者血清BLyS、BAFF-R水平均与SLEDAI呈正相关关系（P＜0．05）；BLyS水平与ANA呈正相关关系（P＜0．05）；BAFF-R与ANA无明显相关关系（P＞0．05）；SLE患者血清BLyS、BAFF-R水平与ds-DNA无明显相关关系（ P ＞0．05）；SLE 患者血清 BLyS、BAFF-R 水平与 WBC、C3、C4水平均呈负相关关系（ P＜0．05）。结论 SLE患者血清BLyS、BAFF-R水平与SLE病情密切相关，对SLE病情的评价有重要价值，且BLyS可能比BAFF-R更有效。
목적：탐토B림파세포자격인자（BLyS）급기특이성수체（BAFF-R）여계통성홍반랑창（SLE）적상관성。방법 SLE환자33례，근거SLE질병활동지수（ SLEDAI）평분，분위활동조20례화완해조13례。동기체검건강자30례위대조조。응용매련면역흡부시험법검측3조연구대상혈청BLyS 、BAFF-R수평，관찰SLE환자혈청BLyS、BAFF-R수평여항핵항체（ANA）、항쌍련DNA항체（ds-DNA）、백세포（WBC）、보체C3、C4화SLEDAI평분적상관성。결과활동조환자혈청BLyS、BAFF-R수평균명현고우완해조급대조조（ P＜0．05），완해조환자혈청BLyS수평명현고우대조조（P＜0．05），단완해조여대조조혈청BAFF-R수평비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；SLE환자혈청BLyS、BAFF-R수평균여SLEDAI정정상관관계（P＜0．05）；BLyS수평여ANA정정상관관계（P＜0．05）；BAFF-R여ANA무명현상관관계（P＞0．05）；SLE환자혈청BLyS、BAFF-R수평여ds-DNA무명현상관관계（ P ＞0．05）；SLE 환자혈청 BLyS、BAFF-R 수평여 WBC、C3、C4수평균정부상관관계（ P＜0．05）。결론 SLE환자혈청BLyS、BAFF-R수평여SLE병정밀절상관，대SLE병정적평개유중요개치，차BLyS가능비BAFF-R경유효。
Objective To investigate the correlation of B lymphocyte stimulator ( BLyS ) and its receptor B cell-activating factor receptor ( BAFF-R ) with systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE ) .Methods Thirty-three SLE patients were divided into active group(n=20) and remission group(n=13) according to the SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI), 30 healthy volunteers as control group .The serum levels of BLyS and BAFF-R were measured by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA) among patients in the three groups.The correlation of serum levels of BLyS and BAFF-R,ANA, ds-DNA,WBC,C3,C4 with SLEDAI score was analyzed .Results The serum levels of BLyS and BAFF-R of patients in the active group were significantly higher than those in the remission group and control group ( P<0.05) ,the serum BLyS level in the remission group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in the surum BAFF-R level between remission group and control group ( P >0 .05 ) .SLEDAI positively correlated with the serum levels of BLyS and BAFF-R among SLE patients(P<0.05),and ANA positively correlate with BLyS level(P<0.05).No significant correlation existed between BAFF-R and ANA.The serum levels of BLyS and BAFF-R didn′t correlate with ds-DNA( P>0.05) ,but negatively correlated with WBC ,C3 and C4 levels among SLE patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of BLyS and its receptor BAFF-R closely correlate with SLE, which can be used as an index of evaluating SLE condition and prognosis ,and BLyS might be much better than BAFF-R.
