采用ASPEN PLUS模拟软件对吸收稳定系统进行了模拟计算,对影响系统分离效果的主要因素进行了分析。模拟结果表明提高系统压力可以提高吸收效果,但也会导致系统能耗的增加;解吸塔热进料比例升高、稳定汽油吸收剂流量降低都有利于系统节能,但系统吸收效果出现下降;稳定塔回流量的增加将会导致塔底热负荷的增加和汽油蒸气压的上升。所以应在保证生产质量的前提下,结合加工方案,尽量降低回流比,提高经济效益。

The main factors affecting the separation system were analyzed by using ASPEN PLUS simulation software. The results show that, with the increase of system pressure, the absorption effect can be enhanced, yet the energy consumption of the system will be increased;With the increase of the ratio of hot feed of desorption tower, and the decrease of the flow rate of stabilized gasoline absorbent, the energy consumption of the system can be reduced, yet the absorption effect will be reduced as well;With the increase of reflux ratio of stabilizer, the energy consumption and RVP can be increased, so it is advised that under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of production, the reflux ratio of stabilizer should be reduced as much as possible in order to improve economic returns.
