目的:探讨糖化血清白蛋白(Glycated Albumin, GA)在糖尿病(DM)诊断中的临床价值。方法:随机选择初步诊断DM患者250例,用酶法(GA-L)检测血清GA,根据糖耐量试验(OGTT)。结果:把受试者分为糖耐量正常组(NGT),血糖调节受损组(IGR)和糖尿病组(DM),NGT和IGR组并称为非糖尿病组(non-DM)。用ROC曲线分析GA、空腹血糖(FPG)诊断DM的能力。结果DM组患者GA均显著高于其他组(P<0.01),将GA的鉴别切点定17.5%时敏感性与特异性分别达到73.2%和99.12%。与7.0mmol/LFPG的诊断能力无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:GA与FPG联合检测可增加DM的诊断能力。

목적:탐토당화혈청백단백(Glycated Albumin, GA)재당뇨병(DM)진단중적림상개치。방법:수궤선택초보진단DM환자250례,용매법(GA-L)검측혈청GA,근거당내량시험(OGTT)。결과:파수시자분위당내량정상조(NGT),혈당조절수손조(IGR)화당뇨병조(DM),NGT화IGR조병칭위비당뇨병조(non-DM)。용ROC곡선분석GA、공복혈당(FPG)진단DM적능력。결과DM조환자GA균현저고우기타조(P<0.01),장GA적감별절점정17.5%시민감성여특이성분별체도73.2%화99.12%。여7.0mmol/LFPG적진단능력무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론:GA여FPG연합검측가증가DM적진단능력。
Objective:To investigate the serum glycated albumin (glycated albumin, GA) in diabetes mellitus (DM) in the diagnosis of clinical value. Methods:A random selection of initial diagnosis of 250 cases of DM patients, using enzyme (GA-L) in detection of serum GA, according to glucose tolerance test (OGTT) results, the subjects were divided into normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group, impaired glucose regulation (IGR) and diabetic group (DM), NGT and IGR group and called for non diabetes group (non-DM). Analysis of GA, fasting blood glucose with ROC curve (FPG) ability to diagnose DM. Results:In group DM, patients with GA were significantly higher than other groups (P<0.01), to identify the point GA of the sensitivity and specificity were 73.2%and 99.12%17.5%. No significant difference with the diagnostic ability of 7.0mmol/LFPG (P>0.05). Conclusion:The combined detection of GA and FPG may increase the diagnostic ability of DM.
