目的：探讨独一味胶囊治疗肩关节损伤的疗效。方法：65例肩关节损伤患者,男42例,女23例,年龄32～55岁。独一味胶囊,口服每次1.5g,每日三次。治疗期间短期患肩三角巾悬吊制动,24小时内间断性冰袋冷敷20分钟/2～3小时,次日停用改为热敷,固定期间不限制腕、手活动。二周后观察疗效。结果：治疗后患者关节疼痛明显减轻,综合功能、关节活动度明显改善。疼痛明显减轻：总有效率94.3％。综合功能改善：总有效率为90.6％,活动度改善：总有效率为86.8％。结论：独一味胶囊治疗肩关节损伤可以有效缓解疼痛,有利于进行康复训练从而达到提高综合功能的目的,可以应用其治疗肩关节疾患。
목적：탐토독일미효낭치료견관절손상적료효。방법：65례견관절손상환자,남42례,녀23례,년령32～55세。독일미효낭,구복매차1.5g,매일삼차。치료기간단기환견삼각건현조제동,24소시내간단성빙대랭부20분종/2～3소시,차일정용개위열부,고정기간불한제완、수활동。이주후관찰료효。결과：치료후환자관절동통명현감경,종합공능、관절활동도명현개선。동통명현감경：총유효솔94.3％。종합공능개선：총유효솔위90.6％,활동도개선：총유효솔위86.8％。결론：독일미효낭치료견관절손상가이유효완해동통,유리우진행강복훈련종이체도제고종합공능적목적,가이응용기치료견관절질환。
Objective:To explore the efficiency of duyiwei capsules curing shoulder joint injury. Methods:65 patients of shoulder joint injury, 42 males and 23 females, age from 32 to 55 years old. oral duyiwei capsules 1.5g every time, three times a day. During the treatment, the patients should be immobilized by trianglar bandage for short time,receive intermitten icepact compress for 20 minites/2~3 hours in 24 hours. Next day icepact compress is replaced by hot compress .The activity of wrist and hand could not be limited in fixed period time. Observe the efficiency in two weeks. Results:After treatmentthe pain of patients’ shoulder joint reduced distinctly;comprehensive funtions and the activity of shoulder joints improved clearly. The totle efficient rate of pain reducing significantly was 90.6%. The totle efficient rate of comprehensive funtions improving significantly was 94.3%.The totle efficient rate of joint activity improved significantly was 86.8%.Conclusion:Duyiwei capsules to treat shoulder joint injury can reduce pain and improve the activity of joint, as to enhance the comprehensive functions .The duyiwei capsules can be used to treat the shoulder joint diseases.
