This paper based on PC104 bus, uses the advanced field programmable gate array (FPGA) devices to make the data acquisition board in order to realize the high speed of data acquisition. The test shows that the data acquisition card has a high speed data acquisition. In addition, PC104 bus interface has a good ability of data transmission, can satisfy the requirement of high speed signal transmission.
