目的:探讨建构主义理论指导下的以问题为基础的学习( problem based learning, PBL )教学法在眼科教学中的应用。<br> 方法:以中国医科大学94期临床医学和临床药学专业学生120人为研究对象,在眼科教学过程中分为建构主义理论指导下的 PBL 教学组(60人)和常规教学组(60人)。在教学结束后进行问卷调查,比较两组的教学效果和学生的反馈。<br> 结果:建构主义理论指导下的PBL教学组学生在对眼科学教学内容感兴趣、愿意主动查阅相关书籍文献、提高自学能力和自己分析解决问题的能力、发展高层次的思维能力、提高获取和评价信息的能力、提高传播信息的技能、提高计算机运用能力、将理论知识与临床问题联系、提高临床思维能力、提供学习成果并成为自主学习者、提高团结合作与共同解决问题的能力、赏识和包容学习同伴和愿意参加小组讨论等方面都明显优于常规教学组(P<0.05)。<br> 结论:在眼科教学中的应用建构主义理论指导下的PBL教学法激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养自主学习构建知识的习惯,对于提高眼科教学水平、加速眼科专业的发展和后继人才的选拔培养做出了有益的探索。
目的:探討建構主義理論指導下的以問題為基礎的學習( problem based learning, PBL )教學法在眼科教學中的應用。<br> 方法:以中國醫科大學94期臨床醫學和臨床藥學專業學生120人為研究對象,在眼科教學過程中分為建構主義理論指導下的 PBL 教學組(60人)和常規教學組(60人)。在教學結束後進行問捲調查,比較兩組的教學效果和學生的反饋。<br> 結果:建構主義理論指導下的PBL教學組學生在對眼科學教學內容感興趣、願意主動查閱相關書籍文獻、提高自學能力和自己分析解決問題的能力、髮展高層次的思維能力、提高穫取和評價信息的能力、提高傳播信息的技能、提高計算機運用能力、將理論知識與臨床問題聯繫、提高臨床思維能力、提供學習成果併成為自主學習者、提高糰結閤作與共同解決問題的能力、賞識和包容學習同伴和願意參加小組討論等方麵都明顯優于常規教學組(P<0.05)。<br> 結論:在眼科教學中的應用建構主義理論指導下的PBL教學法激髮瞭學生的學習興趣,培養自主學習構建知識的習慣,對于提高眼科教學水平、加速眼科專業的髮展和後繼人纔的選拔培養做齣瞭有益的探索。
목적:탐토건구주의이론지도하적이문제위기출적학습( problem based learning, PBL )교학법재안과교학중적응용。<br> 방법:이중국의과대학94기림상의학화림상약학전업학생120인위연구대상,재안과교학과정중분위건구주의이론지도하적 PBL 교학조(60인)화상규교학조(60인)。재교학결속후진행문권조사,비교량조적교학효과화학생적반궤。<br> 결과:건구주의이론지도하적PBL교학조학생재대안과학교학내용감흥취、원의주동사열상관서적문헌、제고자학능력화자기분석해결문제적능력、발전고층차적사유능력、제고획취화평개신식적능력、제고전파신식적기능、제고계산궤운용능력、장이론지식여림상문제련계、제고림상사유능력、제공학습성과병성위자주학습자、제고단결합작여공동해결문제적능력、상식화포용학습동반화원의삼가소조토론등방면도명현우우상규교학조(P<0.05)。<br> 결론:재안과교학중적응용건구주의이론지도하적PBL교학법격발료학생적학습흥취,배양자주학습구건지식적습관,대우제고안과교학수평、가속안과전업적발전화후계인재적선발배양주출료유익적탐색。
AIM: To investigate the application of problem based learning ( PBL) steered by constructivism. <br> METHODS: The 120 students were appointed as the routine teaching group and the PBL steered by constructivism group separately, who were coming from the department of clinical medicine and clinical pharmacy in grade 94 , China Medical University. They were divided into PBL steered by constructivism group ( 60 students) and the routine teaching group (60 students). The students' feedbacks and teaching effects were compared by the questionnaire after teaching. <br> RESULTS: The feedback of the students in the PBL steered by constructivism group were significant better than that in the routine teaching group, including interest, referring data, self-study, thought process, obtaining and spreading knowledge, computer utilization, studying independently, concerted struggling, appreciating and magnanimous ability, discussion and communication (P<0. 05). <br> CONCLUSION: Application of problem based learning steered by constructivism interests the students in Ophthalmologic teaching and is helpful in their self-study, which is benefit to elevate the teaching level and train the qualified scientists.
