采用巨尾桉基材、胶合剂聚乙烯膜制备三层木塑复合材料,分析热压温度、热压时间、热压压力、施胶量这四个因素对复合材料胶合强度的影响。结果表明:在热压温度160℃、热压时间50s/mm、热压压力0.7MPa、施胶量为119g/m2的工艺条件下,巨尾桉/聚乙烯膜复合材料的胶合性能最优,能够达到II类胶合板标准。
採用巨尾桉基材、膠閤劑聚乙烯膜製備三層木塑複閤材料,分析熱壓溫度、熱壓時間、熱壓壓力、施膠量這四箇因素對複閤材料膠閤彊度的影響。結果錶明:在熱壓溫度160℃、熱壓時間50s/mm、熱壓壓力0.7MPa、施膠量為119g/m2的工藝條件下,巨尾桉/聚乙烯膜複閤材料的膠閤性能最優,能夠達到II類膠閤闆標準。

Three-layer composites are prepared using eucalyptus and adhesive polyethylene film and the effect of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, hot pressing pressure and adhesive amount on the bonding strength of composites is analyzed. The result shows that in the case of 160℃ hot-pressing temperature, 50s/mm hot-pressing time, 0.7MPa hot-pressing pressure and 119g/m2 adhesive application amount, the optimal bonding performance of composites made from eucalyptus and PE film can be obtained, able to meet the Class II plywood standards.
