文章在对105家战略性新兴智能物流企业问卷调研的基础上，提出并检验了“V-S”契合与“E-S”契合对创业绩效影响效应机理。检验结果表明，企业价值网结构、嵌入选择与创业战略之间的契合对获利性绩效和成长性绩效有显著的积极效应，“网内企业协作”对这种效应起完全中介作用，而“资源竞争度预测”仅对E-S契合和获利性绩效的关系起部分中介作用。这些新的研究发现，有助于清晰“V-S”契合与“E-S”契合对创业绩效作用机理的内在“关系暗箱”，有助于为创业企业的战略决策提供方法指导和经验借鉴。

The"Value net structure-Venture strategy"fit and"Embedded select-Venture Strategy"effect and mediating effect model were proposed and tested on the basis of analysis by existing literature and data. The test results show that the fit of enterprise value network structure, embedded options and entrepreneurial strategies had significant positive effects of intra-enterprise collaboration"fully mediated effect"to the profit performance and growth performance, while the predict of competition resources had only"partially mediated the effects"to the profit performance based on"embedded choose-entrepreneurial strategic fit" . The relat-ionship of variables reveals better the intrinsic"black-box"relationship about the fit of value network structure, embedded options and entrepreneurial strategies mechanism of the role of entrepreneurial performance, it provides a theoretical basis and methods to guide strategic decisions for start-ups.
