目的：rhEGF对急性放射性口腔炎的防治和临床疗效进行观察,并从中找到有效的治疗以及预防方法,从而减轻病人的疼痛,促进放射性口腔炎的有效治疗措施.方法：针对60名患有头颈部恶性肿瘤的病人进行放射性治疗试验,将他们分别分为3组：预防性用药组、治疗性用药组、对照组,每组患者各20例.采用 rhEGF治疗方法进行防治和临床治疗并进行观察.结果：第一组73％的患者出现放射性口腔炎是由于放射剂量大于或者等于10GY后,而对照组83％的的患者出现情况是小于或者等于10GY时,两组的Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的放射性口腔炎发生放射率低于对照组(P＜0．05).三组的治疗有效率前两组为96％,最后一组为37％.当P＜0．01时用药组与对照组具有统计学差异,用药组放射性口腔炎的愈合时间为小于或者等于7d,对照组是大于或者等于10d.结论：运用 rhEGF可以预防和有效的推迟急性放射性口腔炎症的发生,在预防和治疗组中显示可以将Ⅲ和Ⅳ级的放射性口腔炎症病发率降低.从而达到对放射性口腔炎症的愈合,rhEGF的治疗方法很值得推广到急性放射性口腔炎症的临床治疗中去,这种方法不但可以减轻病人的痛苦还可有效的预防,最终使病人慢慢愈合,恢复健康的体阔.
목적：rhEGF대급성방사성구강염적방치화림상료효진행관찰,병종중조도유효적치료이급예방방법,종이감경병인적동통,촉진방사성구강염적유효치료조시.방법：침대60명환유두경부악성종류적병인진행방사성치료시험,장타문분별분위3조：예방성용약조、치료성용약조、대조조,매조환자각20례.채용 rhEGF치료방법진행방치화림상치료병진행관찰.결과：제일조73％적환자출현방사성구강염시유우방사제량대우혹자등우10GY후,이대조조83％적적환자출현정황시소우혹자등우10GY시,량조적Ⅲ、Ⅳ급적방사성구강염발생방사솔저우대조조(P＜0．05).삼조적치료유효솔전량조위96％,최후일조위37％.당P＜0．01시용약조여대조조구유통계학차이,용약조방사성구강염적유합시간위소우혹자등우7d,대조조시대우혹자등우10d.결론：운용 rhEGF가이예방화유효적추지급성방사성구강염증적발생,재예방화치료조중현시가이장Ⅲ화Ⅳ급적방사성구강염증병발솔강저.종이체도대방사성구강염증적유합,rhEGF적치료방법흔치득추엄도급성방사성구강염증적림상치료중거,저충방법불단가이감경병인적통고환가유효적예방,최종사병인만만유합,회복건강적체활.
Objective:rhEGF on acute radiation stomatitis prevention and clinical ef icacy were observed,and find ef ective treatment and prevention methods,thereby reducing the patient's pain,and proG mote ef ective treatment of radioactive stomatitis.Methods:60 patients with head and neck cancer radiation therapy trials conducted,set them into 3 groups:group preventive medication,therapeutic treatG ment group and control group,20 cases in each group of patients.RhEGF treatment methods used for prevention and treatment and clinical treatment and observation.Result:73% of the first group of paG tients with radioactive stomatitis is due to radiation doses greater than or equal to 10GY later,83 percent of the control group of patients is less than or equal 10GY case,the two groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ-level radioG active oral inflammation occurs emissivity lower than the control group(p <0.05).Three groups before the treatment ef iciency was 96%,the final group was 37%.When p <0.01 the treatment group and the control group with a statistical y significant dif erence,stomatitis radioactive drug group healing time of less than or equal to 7d,the control group was greater than or equal to 10d.Conclusion:rhEGF can prevent and ef ectively postpone the occurrence of acute radiation-induced inflammation of the mouth,in the prevention and treatment groups can be displayedⅢ andⅣ grade radioactive oral inflammation disease rate.So as to achieve the healing of radioactive oral inflammation,rhEGF treatment of acute radiation is worth promoting to the clinical treatment of oral inflammation go,this method can not only reG duce the patient's pain can be ef ective prevention,and ultimately the patient slowly healing,restoration healthy body wide.
