目的：探讨细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用方法与应用效果.方法：选取我科收治的上消化道出血行手术治疗的老年患者108例，随机分为对照组与观察组各54例，对照组给予常规消化内科护理方法，观察组给予细节护理干预措施，观察比较两组患者的临床护理效果及护理满意度.结果：在临床治疗护理效果上，观察组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05)；在护理满意度上，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05).结论：通过对上消化道出血患者介入细节护理干预模式，显著提升了治疗效果，提高了护理满意度，取得良好的临床护理效果，值得临床应用推广.

Objective:To explore the ef ect and method of application of details nursing in Department of internal medicine.Methods:108 cases of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional digestion department of internal medicine nursing methG od,the observation group was given nursing intervention measures in detail,comparing the clinical nursing ef ect and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Result:The ef ect of clinical treatment and nursing of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction degree to nursing care of the observation group was better than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with nursing intervention intervention model details,improve the treatment ef ect,improve nursing satisfaction,to achieve clinical nursing ef ect of good,and worthy of clinical application.
