原发性肝癌（PHC）是世界上发病率最高的十大恶性肿瘤之一，每年约有26万人患此病。慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化与肝细胞癌的因果关系已得到公认。HBVDNA是病毒复制和传染性的直接标志。HBVDNA复制与PHC关系密切。本文对近期关于乙肝病毒载量与PHC关系的研究做一综述。

Hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) is one of the top ten highest incidence of cancer in the world, each year about 26 million people contracted this disease. The causal relationship among chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma has been recognized. HBVDNA is a direct sign of viral replication and infectivity. HBVDNA copy and PHC have a close relationship. In this paper, recent research on hepatitis B viral load and PHC relationships was reviewed.
