目的：测定肿瘤患者背俞穴和腹募穴在隔姜灸刺激下的皮肤初感温度、舒适温度和耐受温度的阈值区间，以期更好地指导该疗法在临床上的应用，并且对于艾灸医疗器械研制中治疗及安全参数的设定具有一定参考价值。方法：用电子测温仪分别测量患者的背俞穴和腹募穴在隔姜灸刺激下的初感温度、舒适温度和耐受温度值，将测得数据用SPSS18.0进行统计分析。结果：恶性肿瘤患者的背俞穴和腹募穴在隔姜灸刺激下的初感温度、舒适温度和耐受温度依次升高，且背俞穴的耐受温度（42.99±3.27）℃高于腹募穴（40.35±3.54）℃，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：俞募穴隔姜灸对恶性肿瘤患者各时段热感度对比研究发现，二者的耐受温度存在差异，背俞穴热感温度的耐受阈值明显高于腹募穴；在舒适温度和耐受温度之间，有一个稍高于患者身体温度的最佳温度阈值，我们认为治疗疾病过程中，如何适当延长该温度的作用时间，是提高临床疗效的关键；耐受温度作为患者接受隔姜灸刺激的极限温度，为临床灸法的安全使用提供了重要依据。
목적：측정종류환자배유혈화복모혈재격강구자격하적피부초감온도、서괄온도화내수온도적역치구간，이기경호지지도해요법재림상상적응용，병차대우애구의료기계연제중치료급안전삼수적설정구유일정삼고개치。방법：용전자측온의분별측량환자적배유혈화복모혈재격강구자격하적초감온도、서괄온도화내수온도치，장측득수거용SPSS18.0진행통계분석。결과：악성종류환자적배유혈화복모혈재격강구자격하적초감온도、서괄온도화내수온도의차승고，차배유혈적내수온도（42.99±3.27）℃고우복모혈（40.35±3.54）℃，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：유모혈격강구대악성종류환자각시단열감도대비연구발현，이자적내수온도존재차이，배유혈열감온도적내수역치명현고우복모혈；재서괄온도화내수온도지간，유일개초고우환자신체온도적최가온도역치，아문인위치료질병과정중，여하괄당연장해온도적작용시간，시제고림상료효적관건；내수온도작위환자접수격강구자격적겁한온도，위림상구법적안전사용제공료중요의거。
Objective: To measure the threshold determination of cancer patients of Beishu and Fumu points in abdomen ginger moxibustion stimulus of the initial temperature, comfortable temperature and temperature tolerance, to better guide the therapy in the clinical treatment, and has certain reference value for the development of medical equipment in moxibustion treatment and safety parameter setting. Methods: The patients of Beishu and Fumu points in abdomen ginger moxibustion stimulus of the initial temperature, comforta-ble temperature and temperature tolerance values were measured using electronic temperature measurement;the measured data were analyzed by SPSS18.0. Results: Patients with malignant tumor of Beishu and Front-Mu points in abdomen ginger moxibustion stimulus of the initial temperature, comfortable temperature and tolerance to temperature rises;and the Beishu points the tolerance temperature of (42.99± 3.27)℃higher than abdominal Fumu point (40.35±3.54)℃, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shumu point and moxibustion with ginger on each period of patients with malignant tumor thermal contrast study found that the two are different, the temperature tolerance, tolerance threshold of Back-Shu thermal temperature was higher than that of abdominal Fumu point;between the comfortable temperature and temperature tolerance, has a slightly higher than the optimum temperature threshold in patients with body temperature, we think treatment of the disease process, how to prolong the acting time of the temperature, is the key to improve the clinical curative effect;temperature tolerance as patients receiving the limit temperature of ginger moxibustion stimulation, provide an important basis for the safety of clinical application of moxibustion.
