目的:探讨MRI影像学指标与肩峰下撞击综合征( SIS)的相关性。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2013年4月间40例确诊的SIS患者临床及MRI影像学资料,并选取40例健康志愿者为对照组,对肩峰指数( AI)、最短肩肱间隙(AHD)和肩峰形态进行观察,并评估其Constant分值。结果 SIS组的AI高于对照组(P<0.05);而SIS组的AHD和Constant 评分则均低于对照组(P<0.05);SIS组的肩峰形态分布分别为I型9例、Ⅱ型12例、Ⅲ型19例,与对照组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,SIS组肩峰形态与Constant评分无相关性(r =-0.092, P>0.05),而 SIS组的AI和AHD与Constant评分则均呈现正相关关系(rAI=0.221, P<0.05;rAHD=0.406, P<0.05)。结论 AI、AHD与SIS存在一定的相关性,临床上可根据其改变情况对SIS进行诊断和分类。

Objective To evaluate the correlation between MRI imaging indexes and subacromial impingement syndrome ( SIS) .Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and MRI imaging data of 40 cases diagnosed SIS from May 2009 to A-pril 2013, And 40 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.Acromion index ( AI), Acromiohumeral distance (AHD), the acromion morphology were observed and their Constant scores were assessed.Results AI in SIS group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while AHD and Constant scores in the SIS group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Acromion species distribution in SIS group was nine cases of type I, 12 cases of type II, and 19 cases of type III, showing no significant difference with the control group (P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that, SIS group acromion morphology and Constant score were no significant correlation (r=-0.092, P>0.05).AI and AHD in SIS group with Constant score then showed a positive correlation between (rAI=0.221, P<0.05; rAHD=0.406, P<0.05).Conclusion AI and AHD showed correlation with SIS, and clinical conditions can be changed according to the diagno-sis and classification of the SIS.
