目的：研究突变型 P53蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在胃腺癌组织中表达情况，探讨突变型 P53蛋白和PCNA 在胃癌发生发展中作用。方法应用免疫组化 EnVision 法检测42例胃腺癌及正常胃黏膜组织中突变型 P53蛋白和 PCNA 的表达水平，分析不同分化程度胃腺癌中突变型 P53蛋白和 PCNA 的表达的相关性。结果免疫组化方法检测到胃腺癌组织中突变型 P53蛋白和 PCNA 的表达水平显著高于正常胃黏膜组织（P ＜0．05）。胃腺癌组织中突变型 P53蛋白与 PCNA 表达水平与胃腺癌细胞分化程度、有无淋巴结转移有关（P ＜0．05），与患者的性别、年龄、胃腺癌浸润深度无关（P ＞0．05）。胃腺癌组织中变型 P53蛋白与 PCNA 表达呈正相关（P ＜0．01）。结论突变型 P53蛋白和 PCNA 的表达与胃癌分化程度关系密切，可作为预测胃腺癌恶性程度和评估患者预后的指标。
목적：연구돌변형 P53단백화증식세포핵항원（PCNA）재위선암조직중표체정황，탐토돌변형 P53단백화PCNA 재위암발생발전중작용。방법응용면역조화 EnVision 법검측42례위선암급정상위점막조직중돌변형 P53단백화 PCNA 적표체수평，분석불동분화정도위선암중돌변형 P53단백화 PCNA 적표체적상관성。결과면역조화방법검측도위선암조직중돌변형 P53단백화 PCNA 적표체수평현저고우정상위점막조직（P ＜0．05）。위선암조직중돌변형 P53단백여 PCNA 표체수평여위선암세포분화정도、유무림파결전이유관（P ＜0．05），여환자적성별、년령、위선암침윤심도무관（P ＞0．05）。위선암조직중변형 P53단백여 PCNA 표체정정상관（P ＜0．01）。결론돌변형 P53단백화 PCNA 적표체여위암분화정도관계밀절，가작위예측위선암악성정도화평고환자예후적지표。
Objective To investigate the expression of mutant type P53 protein and PCNA in gastric adenocarcinoma to discuss its clinical significance.Methods The expression of mutant type P53 protein and PCNA in the tumor tissues of 42 patients with gatric adenocarcinoma were examined immmmunohistochemistrically by the EnVision method,and compared their relationships were evaluated.Results The expression levels of mutant type P53 protein,PCNA in gatric adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal gatric tissues(P <0.05).The expression levels of mutant type P53 protein,PCNA were closely correlated with the degrees of differentiation and metastasis of lymph node of gat-ric adenocarcinoma (P <0.05),however,which were not correlated with patients’age and gender(P >0.05).The ex-pression of mutant type P53 protein was positively related with the expressjon of PCNA in gatric adenocarcinoma(P <0.01).Conclusion The expression of mutant type P53 protein and PCNA in cancerous tissues are closely related to dif-ferentiation of gastric adenocarcinoma.Mutant type P53 protein and PCNA may be a biomarker of malignant degrees of gastric adenocarcinomas and predict outcome of patients.
