目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）中膀胱爆炸的原因及防治措施。方法回顾本院1998年至2012年开展TURP在术中曾发生膀胱内爆炸的2例病例，分析总结经验教训，提出预防策略。结果2例均是在连续电切并使用Ellick冲洗球冲洗膀胱后，再次电切或电凝时发生膀胱内爆炸。结论膀胱爆炸发生突然，以预防为主，冲洗膀胱时尽可能减少空气的进入，排空膀胱内气体后再进行操作，可预防膀胱爆炸的发生。
목적：탐토경뇨도전렬선전절술（TURP）중방광폭작적원인급방치조시。방법회고본원1998년지2012년개전TURP재술중증발생방광내폭작적2례병례，분석총결경험교훈，제출예방책략。결과2례균시재련속전절병사용Ellick충세구충세방광후，재차전절혹전응시발생방광내폭작。결론방광폭작발생돌연，이예방위주，충세방광시진가능감소공기적진입，배공방광내기체후재진행조작，가예방방광폭작적발생。
Objective To analyze bladder explosion causes and prevention measures during urethra prostate electricity cut. Methods Clinical data of two cases who had intraoperative bladder explosion during urethra prostate electricity cut were retrospectively analyzed and summerized for making prevention strategies. Results Two cases had bladder explosion following continuous cutting, bladder rinsing with Ellick washing ball, and cut electricity/electric coagulation again. Conclusion To reduce air to enter as far as possible during washing bladder and empty the gas inside of bladder before operation can prevent the ocurrence of bladder explosion.
