以尿素、间苯二酚为改性剂，在碱性条件下制备中温固化酚醛树脂。利用Design-Expert软件建立数学模型，以胶合强度为响应值，优化酚醛树脂的原料配比。结果表明，中温固化酚醛树脂原料的最佳配比为：甲醛与苯酚摩尔比为2?32，氢氧化钠与苯酚摩尔比0?56，尿素加量为苯酚质量的20?03％，间苯二酚加量为苯酚质量的9?98％。在此条件下制备的酚醛树脂可以在105～115℃下固化。
이뇨소、간분이분위개성제，재감성조건하제비중온고화분철수지。이용Design-Expert연건건립수학모형，이효합강도위향응치，우화분철수지적원료배비。결과표명，중온고화분철수지원료적최가배비위：갑철여분분마이비위2?32，경양화납여분분마이비0?56，뇨소가량위분분질량적20?03％，간분이분가량위분분질량적9?98％。재차조건하제비적분철수지가이재105～115℃하고화。
Urea and resorcinol were used as modifiers to prepare mid-temperature curing phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) in alkaline condition, and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the effects of raw materials ratio on bond-ing strength. The optimal raw materials ratio of PF were determined as follows:molar ratios of formaldehyde and alkali to phenol were 2?32 and 0?56, respectively;and the mass of urea and resorcinol to phenol were 20.03%and 9?98%, respec-tively. Under these raw materials ratio, the curing temperature of the PF was in the range of 105-115℃.
