对福建省120名农村特级教师进行专业成长历程问卷调查,发现福建省农村特级教师入职学历普遍较低,目前多数处于职业生涯的巅峰状态,具有强烈的职业认同感;农村特级教师专业成长存在关键期、关键人物和关键事件,特级教师的成长需要长时间的积累和磨练。
對福建省120名農村特級教師進行專業成長歷程問捲調查,髮現福建省農村特級教師入職學歷普遍較低,目前多數處于職業生涯的巔峰狀態,具有彊烈的職業認同感;農村特級教師專業成長存在關鍵期、關鍵人物和關鍵事件,特級教師的成長需要長時間的積纍和磨練。
대복건성120명농촌특급교사진행전업성장역정문권조사,발현복건성농촌특급교사입직학력보편교저,목전다수처우직업생애적전봉상태,구유강렬적직업인동감;농촌특급교사전업성장존재관건기、관건인물화관건사건,특급교사적성장수요장시간적적루화마련。
This article surveyed 120 top-graded teachers in the rural areas of Fujian Province on their professional development with questionnaires. It found that the top listed teachers of low academic qualifications are currently at the peak of their career with a strong professional identity, and that their development is strongly associated with critical days, personnel and events as well as well-weathered work accumulation and practice.
