利用混合C4生产芳烃,对于提高混合C4综合利用利用水平和企业经济效益均具有重要意义。简要描述了混合C4芳构化的反应过程,并利用热力学原理计算了各反应的标准摩尔反应焓、标准摩尔吉布斯自由能和标准平衡常数。计算结果表明,温度是影响混合C4芳构化反应热力学的重要因素,高温有利于大部分芳烃生成反应的进行;为了促进混合C4中丁烷、丁烯最大限度地转化成芳烃,其反应温度应控制在655 K以上。

Using C4 to produce aromatics has greatly significant to improve utilization ratio and economic value of C4 Mixture. In this paper, the reaction processes of C4 mixture aromatization were introduced. Based on thermodynamic principle, the standard enthalpy, gibbs free energy and equilibrium constants of each reaction were calculated. The results show that,temperature is the key factor to affect the reaction thermodynamics;The higher temperature is propitious for most aromatization reaction processes. In order to promote the conversion from butane and butane to aromatic hydrocarbon, the aromatization reaction of C4 mixture should be operated above 655 K.
