降低MTBE硫含量的关键在于控制原料碳四总硫含量。通过分析原料碳四中硫化物形态及其分布,认为传统双脱工艺已无法满足现有产品质量要求,精制液化气中二硫化物含量太高,需要进行改造。在MTBE产品没有再脱硫工艺的情况下,气分装置必须投用轻重碳四分离塔才能保证MTBE产品硫含量达到国V汽油标准。轻重碳四分离塔可以通过“闪蒸”方式操作,大幅降低装置能耗。

To control total sulfur content in C4 is a key to reduce sulfur content in MTBE. Through analyzing the forms and distribution of sulfur in C4, it’s pointed out that traditional desulfurization process already cannot satisfy the existing quality requirements,disulfide content in refined LPG is too high, so the process need to be reformed. Without desulfurization process, the gas fractionation unit must put C4 fractionating tower in service to ensure MTBE gasoline sulfur content reach the V standard. The C4 fractionating tower can take"flash"operation to reduce the unit energy consumption.
