在管内压力为4 MPa 的情况下,结合波齿复合垫片标准与凹凸面对焊管法兰标准,应用 ANSYS软件对波齿复合垫片金属骨架结构进行可靠性分析,了解影响其性能的关键性因素。其分析结果表明,金属骨架的可靠度为98.04671%,说明其质量可靠性高,结构比较安全。另外,由可靠性分析中极限函数的灵敏度分析可以了解到适当的增加齿尖宽度和波齿深度有利于提高垫片金属骨架的密封性能。

Under the pressure 4 MPa in the tube, combined with corrugated gasket standards and pipe flange standards, the reliability analysis of metal skeleton structure in corrugated gaskets was carried out by ANSYS software;the key factors affecting its performance were discussed. The analysis results show that, the reliability of the metal skeleton is 98.046 71%, which can show its high quality and reliability, and structure is relative safe. Other, reliability analysis by the sensitivity analysis of the limit function can learn that appropriate increasing wave tooth tip width and depth of the metal skeleton can improve gasket sealing performance.
