低温多效蒸馏中,传热管与管板密封圈长期处于高温、高盐度海水侵蚀环境,密封圈材料寿命对设备稳定运行有重要意义。采用统计方法预测研发的专用三元乙丙材料的使用寿命。根据寿命预测方法和使用环境,选定了加速老化的试验条件和性能参数,开展了相应的加速老化试验。寿命预测结果显示当压缩永久变形指标的临界值在0.10~0.50范围内时,预测EPDM材料的使用寿命是13.2~3.6 a。

In the low-temperature multi-effect distillation apparatus, heat transfer tube and tube sheet rubber sealing ring is in high temperature and high salinity seawater erosion environment for long-term. The service life of sealing material for stable operation of the equipment is important. In this paper,statistical method was adopted to predict the service life of the special EPDM material. According to life prediction method and use environment, accelerated aging test conditions and performance parameters were selected, the corresponding accelerated aging test was carried out. The life prediction results show that, when the critical value of compression set index is in the range of 0.10 to 0.50, the predicted life of the EPDM material is 13.2~3.6 years.
