以 TGA 为手段,研究了丁腈橡胶的组分含量及在氮气环境下的非等温热降解动力学,采用国际标准ISO 9924-2测定各成分,包括丁腈橡胶碳残余物的含量,采用Ozawa方法,计算了降解动力学活化能,结果表明:随降解率增加,NBR的降解活化能先增大后减小,最后趋于定值。

The composition and kinetics in non-isothermal process of NBR in nitrogen atmosphere were studied by using thermogravimetry analysis method. The composition was determined by ISO 9924-2,including the content of carbonaceous residue. The degradation activation energy was calculated by Ozawa method. The results show that, with increasing of the degradation rate, the degradation activation energy of NBR increases at first then decreases, finally reaches a certain value.
