目的：探讨不孕症患者性激素水平及免疫抗体水平。方法用免疫发光法检测130例不孕症患者及70例健康对照组血清促黄体生成素（ LH）、促卵泡生成素（ FSH）、雌二醇（ E2）、孕酮（ P）、泌乳素（ PRL）、睾酮（ T）水平；用酶联免疫吸附法测定抗子宫内膜抗体IgG、IgM和抗精子抗体IgG、IgM水平。结果不孕症组患者抗子宫内膜抗体、抗精子抗体阳性率为32．3％（42/130），明显高于对照组的8．6％（6/70）（P＜0．05）；不孕症组E2、P水平低于对照组（P＜0．05），FSH、LH、PRL、T水平高于对照组（P＜0．05）；免疫抗体IgM阳性组的LH、FSH、PRL、T水平明显增高，E2、P水平明显降低（P＜0．05）。结论不孕症与抗子宫内膜抗体和抗精子抗体及性激素分泌紊乱有一定关联。
목적：탐토불잉증환자성격소수평급면역항체수평。방법용면역발광법검측130례불잉증환자급70례건강대조조혈청촉황체생성소（ LH）、촉란포생성소（ FSH）、자이순（ E2）、잉동（ P）、비유소（ PRL）、고동（ T）수평；용매련면역흡부법측정항자궁내막항체IgG、IgM화항정자항체IgG、IgM수평。결과불잉증조환자항자궁내막항체、항정자항체양성솔위32．3％（42/130），명현고우대조조적8．6％（6/70）（P＜0．05）；불잉증조E2、P수평저우대조조（P＜0．05），FSH、LH、PRL、T수평고우대조조（P＜0．05）；면역항체IgM양성조적LH、FSH、PRL、T수평명현증고，E2、P수평명현강저（P＜0．05）。결론불잉증여항자궁내막항체화항정자항체급성격소분비문란유일정관련。
Objective To explore the levels of endocrine hormone and immune antibody in patients with infertility . Methods Immunoluminometric assay was used to detect the serum levels of luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T) in 130 cases of infertility and 70 healthy controls,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of endometrial antibody IgG ,IgM and antisperm antibody IgG ,IgM.Results The positive rate of endometrial antibody and antisperm antibody was 32.3%(42/130) in infertility group,which was higher than that(8.6%,6/70) in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of E2,P in the infertility group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),the levels of FSH, LH,PRL,T in the infertility group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of LH,FSH,PRL,T increased significantly while the levels of E 2,P decreased significantly in the immune antibody IgM-positive group(P<0.05).Conclusion Infertility correlates with endometrial antibody ,antisperm antibody and endocrine hormone disorder .
