After an evaluation of the progress in research of MoSi2-based high-temperature structural materials, a detailed introduction of the achievements in research of binary Mo-Si, Mo-C and Si-C and ternary Mo-Si-C systems at home and abroad was presented. The emphasis was put on the analysis of high-temperature phase transition behaviors of MoSi2-based composites so as to provide theoretical guidance for the practical application of such materials.
