通过正交试验考察了水性环氧丙烯酸酯、水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和水性活性稀释剂的不同用量对光固化涂层性能的影响。结果表明:水性环氧丙烯酸酯与水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯配比为3∶7,水性活性稀释剂用量为12%时,涂层的力学性能优异,涂层凝胶率超过90%,吸水率为2.36%,击穿强度达到100 MV/m。

The effects of different dosage of waterborne epoxy acrylate, waterborne urethane acrylate and aqueous reactive diluent on the properties of UV curable coating were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that when the ratio of waterborne epoxy acrylate and waterborne polyurethane acrylate is 3∶7, the dosage of aqueous reactive diluent is 12%, the mechanical properties of the coating is excellent, the gel ratio is more than 90%, the water absorption is 2.36%, and the breakdown strength attains 100 MV/m.
