针对注射型酚醛模塑料的强度低及耐水性不好等问题,采用偶联剂改性方法,分析了偶联剂添加方式、种类及用量对酚醛模塑料性能的影响。结果表明:采用母料法且硅烷偶联剂用量为1.5%时,注射型酚醛模塑料的无缺口冲击强度和弯曲强度分别提高了61.55%和36.31%,吸水率降低了63.74%。
針對註射型酚醛模塑料的彊度低及耐水性不好等問題,採用偶聯劑改性方法,分析瞭偶聯劑添加方式、種類及用量對酚醛模塑料性能的影響。結果錶明:採用母料法且硅烷偶聯劑用量為1.5%時,註射型酚醛模塑料的無缺口遲擊彊度和彎麯彊度分彆提高瞭61.55%和36.31%,吸水率降低瞭63.74%。

In view of the low intensity and poor water resistance of injection type phenolic molding com-pound, the effect of adding method, type and dosage of silane coupling agent on the properties of the phenolic molding compound was studied. The results show that when the adding method uses master-batch method and the silane coupling agent dosage is 1.5%, the non-notched impact strength and flexural strength of the phenolic molding compound increase by 61.55% and 36.31% respectively, and the water absorption decreases by 63.74%.
