以城市生活垃圾经过破碎、淋滤等预处理后的有机浆液为研究对象,进行了中试规模的厌氧反应器的调试研究,研究的结果表明:①采用污水处理厂的污泥,生活垃圾经过预处理后的有机浆液历时120 d的完成了厌氧调试;②根据调试过程分为3个阶段:污泥驯化阶段、负荷提高阶段、稳定运行阶段。在污泥驯化期,OLR=0.5 kg/(m3·d)下, COD去除率经历缓慢增长、快速增长2个时段。在负荷提高阶段,COD去除率基本保持85%左右。稳定运行期OLR=7.0 kg/(m3·d)下,COD去除率保持在80%左右;③沼气的产气率保持在0.45~0.55 m3/kg,CH4和CO2的百分比分别保持在55%和40%左右。

Anaerobic debugging experimentation was done in a pilot plan, using the organic slurry that comes from the process of crush and percolation in the pretreatment of municipal solid waste (MSW). The results indicated: ①Inoculated with the sludge of sewage treatment plant,the anaerobic debugging of the organic slurry from the pretreatment of MSW was completed in 120 days; ②The anaerobic debugging consisted of three stages: the cultivation stage, the improving loading stage and the stable stage. In the cultivation stage, when OLR was 0.5 kg /(m3·d), the increasing rate of the COD removal varied form low rate to high rate. In the improving loading stage, the COD removal rate was maintained in 85%. In stable stage, when OLR was 7.0 kg /(m3·d), the COD removal rate was about 80%; ③The biogas production rate was 0.45 ~ 0.55 m3/kg, the percentage of methane and carbon dioxide was maintained at about 55%and 40%, respectively.
