结合若干带车库顶板景观小区的景观绿化存在的问题，分析导致此现象的车库顶板种植区渗排水设计问题，提出了从建筑结构排水设计以及景观绿化渗排水设计两方面寻求解决问题的方案。

결합약간대차고정판경관소구적경관녹화존재적문제，분석도치차현상적차고정판충식구삼배수설계문제，제출료종건축결구배수설계이급경관녹화삼배수설계량방면심구해결문제적방안。
This paper explores landscape engineering problems associated with the parking gar-age roof in residential community,analyzes the infiltration/drainage landscape design of the planting areas above garage roof,and then seeks solutions respectively from the perspective of drainage design of the structure and the infiltration/drainage design of landscape engineering.
