采用有限元计算中的间接法,对H型钢在加热炉内的加热过程进行二维耦合求解分析,求解温度场时分别计算H型钢的对流及辐射热流,而后代入Ansys有限元软件进行求解,求解应力场时以温度场计算结果为初始条件。分别计算了不同热负荷下H型钢温度场及应力场的变化状况,得到了H型钢炉内加热过程温度场及应力场的变化规律,为H型钢的加热控制提供了理论依据。

The indirect method of finite element analysis was build for H -beam heating process in the furnace temperature field and stress field analysis , and it was calculated using the Ansys software .The convection and radioactive heat flux were calculated respectively for the solution of temperature field , while the offspring into the Ansys software , the solution of temperature field was the initial conditions for stress field calculation .The temperature field and stress field were calculated for H -beam under different status , it will be a theoretical basis for the H -beam heating control .
