Using documentary analysis method ,experts interview method and logic analysis method ,this paper will elaborate the current situation of the research and the development of the cheerleading gymnastics at home and abroad ,explore the restrictive factors of the development of localization of this sports in the colleges and universi-ties of Hunan province and boldly put forward suggestions about innovative construction in Hunan .
