分析了工科研究生有限元方法及其应用课程的特点和存在的问题，针对目前的情况，提出了精心选择教学内容、多种教学手段结合、理论与实践相结合、重视实践考核的教学改革个人意见，对增强课程的教学效果，提高学生的动手和思维能力，培养学生的工程意识和创新精神起到积极的作用。

This paper analyzes the characteristic and existing problems of engineering graduate student course -Finite Element Method and Application .According to the present condition ,some ideas of teaching reformation are given that the teaching contents should be well selected ,multi -teaching -means be adopted ,theory and practice be combined and numerical practice tests be emphasized .These methods can play a positive role for the improvement of the teaching effect ,the enhancement of students’ working and thinking ability and the cultivation of students’ engineering consciousness and innovation spirit .
