从非智力因素切入,给出了非智力因素与大学数学各教学环节的关系。探讨了意志、情感、信念、兴趣和个性等因素在大学数学的通识教育中的重要地位。探讨了大课堂授课与小课堂讨论在差异性教学中的创新。提出了挖掘学生个体差异对多元化、个性化人才的素质教育的培养的重要性。
從非智力因素切入,給齣瞭非智力因素與大學數學各教學環節的關繫。探討瞭意誌、情感、信唸、興趣和箇性等因素在大學數學的通識教育中的重要地位。探討瞭大課堂授課與小課堂討論在差異性教學中的創新。提齣瞭挖掘學生箇體差異對多元化、箇性化人纔的素質教育的培養的重要性。

After the explanation of nonintellectual factors ,this paper discussed the relation between nonintellectu-al factors and each link of university math teaching ,explored the important position of such factors as will ,emo-tion ,belief ,interests and personality in the general education of university mathematics and probed into the cre-ation in the difference teaching of big classroom lecturing and small group discussion .At last ,it talked about the importance of the investigation of students ’ individual difference to their quality education of diversification and indivituation .
