冻伤是指在一定条件下由寒冷因素作用于人体引起的局部或全身的损伤。其临床表现一般为耳廓、手、足等部位发红、发紫或肿胀，可伴有休克、感染、多脏器功能衰竭等并发症，严重时出现肢体坏死，甚至导致死亡。在寒冷地区，不论平时、战时均可发生冻伤，尤其在战时，因饥饿、疲劳、野外作业，御寒设备不足或鞋袜不适等极易出现冻伤伤员。近年来，冻伤的治疗无论是基础研究还是临床研究均取得了很大进展，对冻伤的认识亦越来越深入，治疗水平有了很大提高。本文就冻伤的病理生理机制、临床表现及治疗等研究进展作一综述。

Frostbite is the cold effect on human body under certain conditions,which cause the local and systemic injury. The auricle,hand and foot appears as purple,red and swelling,accompanied with shock,infection,multiple organs dysfunc-tion syndrome,limb necrosis and even death.Whether in peacetime or wartime,frostbite can occur in cold regions.Especial-ly in wartime,it happens because of hunger,fatigue,longer field operations,lack of cold equipment and footwear discomfort. Recently,both basic research and clinical studies in the treatment of frostbite have made great achievements.With deep re-search of frostbite,the treatment has been greatly improved.The article is to summarize the research progress on pathophysi-ology,clinical manifestation and treatment of frostbite.
