Ozone%Sciatic nerve%Rat
目的:观察不同浓度的医用臭氧对大鼠坐骨神经鞘的病理损害作用,以期为医用臭氧在神经阻滞及局部阻滞等治疗过程中精确、有效、安全的用药浓度起到界定指导作用。方法健康雄性大鼠(250~300g)30只,随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为对照组,不做任何处理。Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,V组于第1,5,9天用乙醚麻醉后,分别给予30mg/L,40mg/L,50mg/L,60mg/L浓度臭氧2ml注射同侧坐骨神经处。第10天解剖各组大鼠坐骨神经,观察其坐骨神经鞘的病理形态学变化。结果30mg/L,40mg/L浓度臭氧注射的大鼠坐骨神经神经鞘无明显病理形态学变化,50mg/L,60mg/L浓度臭氧注射的大鼠坐骨神经神经鞘有明显病理形态学变化,且60mg/L浓度比50 mg/L浓度的变化更明显。结论中低浓度臭氧对大鼠坐骨神经鞘无明显病理毁损作用,高浓度臭氧对大鼠坐骨神经鞘有明显的病理毁损作用且毁损程度随臭氧浓度的增加而加重。

목적:관찰불동농도적의용취양대대서좌골신경초적병리손해작용,이기위의용취양재신경조체급국부조체등치료과정중정학、유효、안전적용약농도기도계정지도작용。방법건강웅성대서(250~300g)30지,수궤분위5조,Ⅰ조위대조조,불주임하처리。Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,V조우제1,5,9천용을미마취후,분별급여30mg/L,40mg/L,50mg/L,60mg/L농도취양2ml주사동측좌골신경처。제10천해부각조대서좌골신경,관찰기좌골신경초적병리형태학변화。결과30mg/L,40mg/L농도취양주사적대서좌골신경신경초무명현병리형태학변화,50mg/L,60mg/L농도취양주사적대서좌골신경신경초유명현병리형태학변화,차60mg/L농도비50 mg/L농도적변화경명현。결론중저농도취양대대서좌골신경초무명현병리훼손작용,고농도취양대대서좌골신경초유명현적병리훼손작용차훼손정도수취양농도적증가이가중。
Objective To observe the effect of medical ozone in different concentrations on the sheath of sciatic nerve pathologi -cal damage in rats ,in order to define the drug concentration of medical ozone for the nerve block anesthesia and local anesthesia .Methods Thirty healthy male rats(250~300g) were randomly divided into 5 groups:groupⅠwas the control group,without any treatment;Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴgroup in first,5th,9th days after ether anesthesia ,were given ozone 2ml in 30mg/L,40mg/L,50mg/L,60mg/L in the same side sciatic nerve,respectively.After 10 days,all rats were dissected,and the pathological morphological changes of sciatic nerve sheath were observed . Results The sheath of sciatic nerve did not show significant different between group Ⅱand group Ⅲ,but group Ⅳand group Ⅴhad obvi-ous pathological changes ,especially group Ⅴ.Conclusion Low concentration ozone has no obvious pathological damage effect on the sheath of sciatic nerve of rats ,but the high concentration ozone has obvious pathological damage and damage degree increased with the growing con -centration of ozone .
